The launch of a mortgage calculator tool specifically designed for our B2B audience is viewed on the right hand side.
During this launch, I implemented a comprehensive roadmap, strategic advertising, and organic promotion. This tool now stands as a prominent feature on our website, effectively generating valuable leads for our company.

Analytics & Relaunch
Google Analytics data revealed that our targeting was focused on B2C clients instead of our intended B2B audience. To rectify this, we conducted a relaunch of our Scenario Request tool, enabling us to effectively target new B2B audiences and secure account closures. In addition to providing a comprehensive report highlighting this issue, we supplemented our efforts with a video tutorial, step-by-step instructions, and a tool redesign, resulting in the acquisition of a 20% increase in new clients.
Creative Process
Every advertisement/campaign was initiated with research, a competitor analysis, and then a creative collaboration with the Creative Director. This process ensured a clear purpose and a compelling (CTA) call-to-action for each initiative.
Facebook Groups
I transformed an inactive Facebook group into a thriving discussion board for brokers and real estate professionals. Initially started with 1,000 followers, I successfully grew the group to over 4,000 a 400% increase within a span of 6 months.
Managed an above industry-average click-through rate (CTR), resulting in a 40% decrease in cost-per-click (CPC). All ads were advertised through platforms such as Google, Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook ads.
Reporting
I provided comprehensive reports including A/B testing analysis, end-to-end web analytics, and monthly progress reports for advertisements, facilitating quarterly reviews and performance evaluations.

I scripted and produced multiple B2B video advertisements for YouTube and other social media platforms, enabling our DSCR product to effectively target new brokers with a concise and engaging hook.

I created over 100 original emails, consistently maintaining a Click Through Rate (CTR) that exceeded the industry average of 20%, resulting in a gradual increase in leads over time.
Facebook Advertising
Managed and initiated B2C Facebook ad campaigns generating a 10% increase in leads
I successfully launched Jorestech's safety division brand, which includes a line of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), on Amazon and eBay
Youtube
All video production was directed and produced by myself. Videos consisted of tutorials, corporate branding, testimonials and advertisements. While managing our YouTube channel, I successfully gained over 8,000 subscribers and created over 70 videos.
